Responsibilities
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling, interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models to ensure data integrity and accuracy across the organization.
- SQL & ETL: Write complex SQL queries and assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in data workflows and recommend automation solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (Advanced level) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated expertise in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable steps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
