Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present complex data in an understandable format.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and executives to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data pipelines and reporting workflows for increased efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, optimization) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
