As a Data Analyst on our night shift team, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making, ensuring our stakeholders receive critical intelligence around the clock. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to optimize data pipelines and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large-scale datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust analytical models.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and cleansing processes.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors for the night shift operations.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders via presentations and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex querying) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively during night shifts.
