Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise data narratives
- Maintain data integrity and implement quality control measures
- Support A/B testing frameworks for product optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven impact preferred
