Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create automated reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Monitor data quality and implement data governance best practices
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Support real-time analytics for night-shift operations and decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
