Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Design, build, and maintain complex database models and ETL pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Marketing) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform data quality checks and cleansing to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports.
- Prepare detailed written reports and executive summaries to guide strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Data Analysis, preferably in a night shift or remote setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases and Python for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly.
- Must be available to work night shifts as per business requirements.
