Responsibilities
- Execute complex data analysis and reporting to support night shift business operations and decision-making.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in NY and NC to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and generate accurate reports on time, adhering to night shift deadlines.
- Identify process improvements and optimize data workflows to enhance team efficiency.
- Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a night shift or 24/7 support environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and complex data extraction.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical data and business stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required by the business needs.
