Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will act as the bridge between our data and business strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, generating actionable insights, and supporting high-level decision-making during critical business hours.
Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators.
- Reporting: Produce detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify trends and anomalies to recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Database Support: Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize database queries and ensure data integrity during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (2-4+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions) and Python or R.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Availability: Must be available and willing to work a night shift schedule.
