Responsibilities
- Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to understand data needs and deliver high-quality reports.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Build SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate large datasets efficiently.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools.
- Tools: Strong command of Microsoft Excel and experience with ETL processes.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Location: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
