We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Due to rapid expansion, we are urgently seeking a professional who can translate complex data into actionable insights. While this position is based in Las Vegas, NV, we offer flexible remote options for the right candidates.
Your role will be critical in helping our business stakeholders make data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, performing statistical analysis, and presenting findings to the executive team.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
