What You Will Do
As our Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Clean, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL and Python.
- Develop Dashboards: Create interactive data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Produce detailed weekly and monthly reports that summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data quality.
- Forecasting: Utilize statistical methods to forecast future trends and support long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization: Experience creating data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
