Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts to support business reporting and data infrastructure.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and future planning.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into clear, actionable business insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
