Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- SQL & Programming: Write complex SQL queries and utilize Python/R to manipulate and analyze data.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and executive summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Strategy: Collaborate with management to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality processes and implement improvements to data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data visualization tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple concepts.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset and the ability to troubleshoot data issues.
