Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations

- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and testable hypotheses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and data manipulation tools (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
