Responsibilities
- Analyze Large Datasets: Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, correlations, and patterns.
- Create Dashboards: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve data and perform complex joins and aggregations.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to test hypotheses and validate business assumptions.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and presentations that summarize findings in a clear, actionable format for non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the IT and Operations teams to identify data quality issues and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and at least one visualization tool (Tableau or Power BI).
- Programming: Experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
