Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database structures.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and forecast trends.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to relocate from Ohio or other states (Relocation Assistance provided).
