Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing frameworks
- Experience working with large datasets (100K+ rows) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
