Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) for threat detection and incident response
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across cloud/on-prem environments
- Develop playbooks for ransomware, APT, and DDoS mitigation scenarios
- Collaborate with forensics teams during security incident investigations
- Generate executive-level security risk reports and compliance documentation
- Implement NIST/CIS controls and maintain ISO 27001 compliance frameworks
- Lead phishing simulation campaigns and security awareness training
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on cybersecurity experience in SOC/CSIRT environments
- CompTIA Security+/CISSP/CISA certification required (CEH preferred)
- Expertise in threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Proficiency with network forensics tools (Wireshark, FTK) and EDR solutions
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of GDPR/HIPAA compliance requirements
- BS in Cybersecurity or related field (Master's preferred)
