Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid systems
- Oversee network security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and patch management
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex technical issues
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Python/Bash scripting
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise-level experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or AWS/Azure preferred
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of cloud migration and hybrid architectures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
