Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise security protocols
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Implement backup/recovery solutions and disaster recovery plans
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
- Document IT infrastructure and troubleshoot complex issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Certification preferred: MCSA, Linux+, or AWS SysOps
- Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
