Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using Python and JavaScript.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and perform debugging to ensure system stability.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with database technologies like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving from Illinois.
