Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software architectures and applications using modern programming languages.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while actively participating in code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks within the software ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define feature requirements and deliver projects on time.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and ensure smooth CI/CD pipeline deployment processes.
- Agile Leadership: Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and technical strategy discussions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Frameworks: Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM EST).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with distributed teams.
