Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java/Python
- Optimize microservices deployed on AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews

- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Own feature development from conception to production deployment

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-grade software development
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go
