Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019) and Active Directory infrastructure
- Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure, including VM deployment and security configurations
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and endpoint protection
- Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and scripting technologies
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and system backup protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security best practices
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, PowerShell, Python)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, AWS Certified SysOps)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
