Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls
- Automate provisioning and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system failover procedures
- Optimize network performance with SD-WAN and load balancing solutions
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Document system architecture and create operational playbooks
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex infrastructure incidents
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level system administration experience
- Expert proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell) for automation
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certification required
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP enterprise implementations
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios)
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
