Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure Windows/Linux server environments
- Manage Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure and hybrid networking
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise backup systems
- Lead critical incident response and system optimization projects
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Python and configuration management tools
- Ensure 99.9% uptime through proactive monitoring and maintenance
- Document SOPs and provide Tier-3 support to internal teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong Azure/AWS certification (AZ-104/AWS SysOps)
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and containerization
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python/Bash)
- CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
