Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across engineering teams
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Contribute to architecture decisions for system scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Java development with Spring Boot
- Expertise in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong AWS experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
