Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards with Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with product teams to translate findings into product enhancements
- A/B test design and implementation for feature optimization
- Create automated reporting systems reducing manual effort by 40%
- Mentor junior analysts and improve data governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, optimization)
- Strong Python skills with libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Advanced visualization experience (Tableau/Power BI)
