Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to identify market trends and optimize business KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- A/B test design implementation and statistical validation for product enhancements
- Maintain robust data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems
- Present findings to senior leadership through storytelling-driven data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven impact in tech/finance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of executive-level dashboards
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong A/B testing methodology and experimental design knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects with measurable business outcomes
