Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise security architectures to prevent cyber threats
- Lead incident response operations including threat hunting and forensic analysis
- Develop security policies and ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for critical systems
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior security professionals and provide technical guidance
- Generate executive security dashboards and risk mitigation reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC (e.g., GCIH, GCFA)
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and zero-trust architectures
- Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Proven ability to communicate security risks to non-technical stakeholders
