Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Lead code reviews and drive DevOps best practices with CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and security using containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Contribute to open-source projects and present technical findings at quarterly summits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in at least two modern languages (Python/Java/Go/Rust)
- Strong foundation in distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
