- Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and Bugzilla
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
- Conduct regression testing to maintain product stability
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
- Perform compatibility testing across browsers and devices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA testing experience (manual and automation)
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Excellent written communication skills for bug reporting
- Ability to start immediately in St. Petersburg, FL
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation testing
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred
