Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results, bugs, and progress using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Participate in agile sprint planning and review meetings
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
- Perform regression testing on new features and updates
- Validate UI/UX functionality across web and mobile platforms
- Report metrics and quality insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong understanding of agile/scrum processes
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
