Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results and track bugs using JIRA and other tools
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues promptly
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and review meetings
- Develop comprehensive test plans for new features and updates
- Analyze system requirements to define test scenarios
- Maintain and improve QA documentation and processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Familiarity with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams
- Basic SQL knowledge for database testing
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
