Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Create detailed, actionable reports and executive summaries for management.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to optimize operations.
- Ensure data governance and compliance standards are met across all reporting channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and data extraction.
- Expertise in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business value.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
