Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS/Azure
- Lead troubleshooting and optimization of distributed systems during night shift operations
- Collaborate with global development teams on CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Contribute to architectural decisions for microservices and containerized deployments
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning across time zones
- Ensure system security compliance and performance SLAs are maintained
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with cloud-native technologies
- Expert proficiency in at least two: Java, Python, Go, or Node.js
- Deep understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex distributed systems
- Ability to work independently during night shift with minimal supervision
