Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go/Python/Java
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP with CI/CD automation
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Lead technical initiatives for high-traffic SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of shipping production systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
