In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical data and business strategy, ensuring our weekend operations are backed by real-time analytics and robust reporting.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets to ensure high data quality and accuracy for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational bottlenecks.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for management to support decision-making processes.
- SQL Management: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve data from various databases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and solution strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, specifically within a technical environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data warehousing concepts is highly preferred.
- Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
