Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analyses and data modeling to support business initiatives and forecasting.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, executives, and other teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a part-time or flexible capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) is required.
- Excel: Advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) are highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
