Responsibilities
- Perform Data Cleansing & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisions.
- Develop Dashboards: Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to present data insights to stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods to test hypotheses and forecast future trends with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Automate Reporting: Streamline data workflows by developing SQL queries and Python scripts to automate routine reporting processes.
- Document Processes: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis results for team transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation is required.
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot data issues effectively.
