Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI (highly desired)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
