Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust cloud/on-premises infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
- Manage Windows Server, Linux systems, and virtualization environments (VMware)
- Proactively monitor system performance and resolve security incidents
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
- Document system configurations and disaster recovery plans
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex technical issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS/Azure preferred)
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet)
