Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust server infrastructure (Linux/Windows)
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve security vulnerabilities
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network architecture
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system outages
- Document IT infrastructure and compliance procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Certification in CompTIA Server+/Linux+/Windows Server
- Advanced scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and firewalls
- Ability to manage high-pressure incident response
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
