Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Linux/Windows server environments across AWS and Azure
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Ensure zero-trust security architecture implementation and compliance
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system failover drills
- Optimize infrastructure performance through capacity planning and cost analysis
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system outages and security incidents
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for engineering teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level Linux and Windows Server environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC) and hybrid cloud architectures
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and CI/CD pipeline experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proven track record in managing Active Directory, DNS, and load balancers
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues at Layers 2-7
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
