Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Oversee backup systems, disaster recovery, and compliance frameworks
- Automate deployment tasks using PowerShell/Ansible and CI/CD pipelines
- Provide Tier-3 support for escalated technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Document configurations, processes, and security protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windows/Linux system administration
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds) and scripting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
