Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor advanced intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security policies and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture
- Manage SIEM platforms and threat intelligence integration
- Document security incidents and forensic analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on incident response
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in network security, firewalls, and endpoint protection
- Proficient with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents
