Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop compelling visualizations: Create dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly.
- SQL Data Management: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast business outcomes and support decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to understand business needs.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data processes, models, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive data.
