Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- Design and implement automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and performance metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
