Responsibilities
- Transform complex datasets into actionable business insights using SQL, Python, and advanced analytics tools
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end data pipeline optimization for real-time reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database management
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Strong Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
- Portfolio showcasing data visualization and problem-solving projects
