This role offers hybrid work arrangements with 3 days in our Atlanta downtown office. You'll work directly with C-suite executives to drive data-informed decisions across product development, marketing, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines
- Present findings to cross-functional teams through compelling data storytelling
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
